More Meditation User Service Agreement (Overseas Version)

Before registering, logging in to More Meditation (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform" or "More Meditation"), or using More Meditation services (hereinafter referred to as "this Service" or "More Meditation Services"), you must carefully read and fully understand the **More Meditation User Service Agreement **(hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") in its entirety, particularly the clauses regarding liability exemption or limitation, intellectual property rights, governing law, and dispute resolution. By confirming this Agreement, you acknowledge that you possess the legal capacity under the laws of the People's Republic of China to assume full responsibility for all actions related to your use of More Meditation. If you lack such capacity, you must review this Agreement under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian and obtain their consent before using this Service. More Meditation reserves the right to seek compensation from your guardian if you are held liable under applicable laws or this Agreement.

If you disagree with any provision of this Agreement or cannot fully comprehend its terms, please refrain from accessing or using More Meditation and its services. Your registration, login, access, or use of this Service constitutes acceptance of this Agreement in full and signifies your agreement to be bound by its terms, including future updates, and to comply with More Meditation’s management policies.

**1. Confirmation and Modification of the Agreement**
This Agreement is a legally binding document between you (the "User") and More Meditation regarding registration, login, and use of More Meditation Services.
This Agreement includes its main text, as well as all existing or future statements, rules, and announcements published by More Meditation, such as the **More Meditation Privacy Policy** and **More Meditation User Agreement**. These documents form an integral part of this Agreement and carry equal legal effect.
More Meditation may update this Agreement periodically. Users may review the latest version within the More Meditation app. Updated terms take immediate effect upon publication. If you do not accept the revised Agreement, you must cease using More Meditation Services immediately.

**2. Service Description**
More Meditation is an internet platform providing content services, including but not limited to:
Insights and industry knowledge shared by experts (hereinafter "Experts") via text, audio, or video.
User interactions, including reading, listening, sharing, and posting comments (text, images, audio, or video) on content.

**3. Account Registration, Login, and Usage**
Users must register and/or log in before using this Service. Login methods include but are not limited to mobile numbers and WeChat accounts. Users must provide accurate, up-to-date personal information (e.g., mobile number, ID details, password, etc.). Any changes must be updated promptly. Changing a mobile number is treated as registering a new account—existing data (e.g., purchased services, virtual assets) will not be transferred.
Users must comply with laws, social order, national interests, public morality, and information authenticity when registering. Prohibited actions include:
Violating laws or constitutional principles.
Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, or undermining national unity.
Damaging national honor, public interests, or ethnic solidarity.
Promoting illegal religions, cults, or superstitions.
Spreading rumors, pornography, violence, or inciting crime.
Infringing others' rights (e.g., defamation, privacy violations).
More Meditation may deny registration or terminate services if user-provided information is false, illegal, or harmful. Accounts with violations may be suspended, corrected, or deleted. Impersonation of organizations or public figures will result in account termination and reporting to authorities.
Account ownership belongs to More Meditation. Accounts are for personal use only—transferring, selling, or sharing accounts is prohibited. Unauthorized use may lead to account revocation without liability for resulting losses (e.g., data loss, virtual asset forfeiture).
Users agree to receive commercial communications (e.g., emails, SMS) but may opt out.
In disputes, More Meditation’s system records (e.g., login, purchase history) serve as definitive evidence.
Users are responsible for account security and all activities under their account. Unauthorized use or security breaches must be reported immediately.
Paid services (e.g., virtual currency purchases) are governed by the More Meditation User Agreement.

**4. Rights and Obligations**
Users are solely responsible for all actions under their account and must comply with laws and platform policies.
Users warrant they possess all necessary rights (e.g., intellectual property,肖像权) for content posted on More Meditation. More Meditation may review and remove non-compliant content without prior notice.
Commercial use of More Meditation content requires written authorization.
Users must not upload malware, attack平台 systems, or reverse-engineer platform technology.
Users grant More Meditation a perpetual, global license to use their name and肖像 for promotional purposes.
Users authorize More Meditation to use, modify, and distribute their content (text, images, audio, video) worldwide, including via derivative works.
More Meditation may independently pursue legal action against content infringements.
Violations may result in penalties:
Service suspension/termination.
Content removal.
Account suspension/ban.
Virtual asset deduction.
Suspicious virtual asset sources (e.g., exploits, unauthorized purchases) may trigger account freezing or confiscation.
Users liable for third-party claims against More Meditation must cover all damages (e.g., fines, legal fees).

**5. Privacy Policy**
User privacy is protected per the More Meditation Privacy Policy.

**6. Intellectual Property**
More Meditation’s logos, trademarks, and content are proprietary. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Platform content is protected by copyright/trademark laws. Users may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute purchased content.

**7. Disclaimers**
User/Expert content reflects personal views, not More Meditation’s立场. Platform assumes no liability for content accuracy.
More Meditation is not liable for losses due to maintenance, third-party failures, force majeure, or data loss.
Services may be modified or terminated without prior notice. Users assume associated risks.
Third-party links are beyond More Meditation’s control—use at your own risk.

**8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution**
This Agreement is governed by PRC law. Conflicts with law will be amended/reinterpreted accordingly.
Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Guangzhou, with three arbitrators. Awards are final.

**9. Miscellaneous**
More Meditation’s failure to enforce rights does not waive them.
Invalid clauses do not affect the Agreement’s remaining validity.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
