Welcome to use the More Course Annual Card membership service!

To use the More Meditation Course Annual Membership Service (referred to as the Service), please carefully read, understand, and comply with the More Meditation Course Annual Membership Agreement.

This agreement is jointly entered into by you and Guangzhou More Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as More) and has contractual effect. More reminds you to carefully read the clauses in this agreement that are highlighted in bold, underlined, colored, or other reasonable ways. These terms may have a significant impact on your rights and interests, including but not limited to provisions regarding Mohr's responsibilities, provisions regarding the rights and obligations of both parties, provisions regarding dispute resolution and jurisdiction, etc. If you believe that these terms may result in partial or complete damage to your interests or rights in specific circumstances, please make sure to read the aforementioned terms again before confirming your agreement to this agreement or before using this service, and use this service on the premise that you voluntarily accept these terms.

If you choose the More Course Annual Membership Service, you can indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to sign this agreement by accepting the form of this service (including but not limited to clicking agree, accept or next, entering the purchase process, making any purchases/gifts to More courses, accepting gifts, participating in activities to obtain More course viewing qualifications, conducting or participating in any transactions or activities related to this service, uploading content, using any other form of confirmation operation, etc., collectively referred to as "accepting the form of service"), indicating that you have reached an agreement relationship with Moer, and voluntarily accept and comply with all the provisions of this agreement.

If you are under 18 years old, you should read and confirm the terms of this agreement under the guidance and accompaniment of your legal guardian. If you are the legal guardian of a minor, we hope you can set reasonable entertainment time for minors and cultivate healthy viewing habits.

1、 Definition and Explanation of the Agreement

1.1 [More Meditation Course Annual Card Membership and Account]

1.1.1 Members of the More Meditation Course Annual Card include: members of the More Course Annual Card and members of the More Advanced Course Annual Card (collectively referred to as "More Course Annual Card Members"). Unless otherwise specified, members of the More Course Annual Pass under this agreement are collectively referred to as "you", "user", or "member". More has the right to adjust the membership category, name, level, etc. from time to time according to actual needs, and will notify you in an appropriate manner.

1.1.2 If you need to use and enjoy the membership service of the More Course Annual Card, you need to authorize login on the More Meditation APP, H5, Mini Program and other applications (collectively referred to as "More Meditation Applications") with your authorized mobile phone number or WeChat account (different categories of members enjoy different benefits on different applications). After authorization login, More will generate a corresponding More account based on the authorized mobile phone number or WeChat account, and you can recharge the membership time for this More account.

After successful recharge, the More account will become the corresponding "More Course Annual Card Member" or "More Advanced Course Annual Card Member" (collectively referred to as the "More Course Annual Card Member Account") during the membership period, and will enjoy the corresponding More Course Annual Card member services during the membership period. Unless otherwise specified, the provisions of this agreement regarding the membership of the More Course Annual Card apply to both More Course Annual Card members and More Advanced Course Annual Card members.

1.2 [More Course Annual Card Membership Service (also referred to as: this service)]

The membership benefits of the More Course Annual Card include free unlocking of specific content, etc. The specific details are subject to the instructions on the membership benefits page of the Mer Meditation application. If the name of the membership benefits under this agreement is inconsistent with the instructions on the page, it does not affect the content of the membership benefits you actually enjoy.

More Meditation may make some adjustments to the video content broadcast schedule based on changes in laws, regulations, policies, copyright status, its own operational strategies, user needs, etc., including but not limited to adjusting the video broadcast schedule, stopping or offline some course content; If it involves offline content, even if you have downloaded or cached the content locally, you may still not be able to watch it. Meanwhile, please understand that due to copyright territorial limitations, some member course content can only be viewed in mainland China. If you are in a country/region outside mainland China, you will not be able to view that portion of the member course content.

1.3 [More Course Annual Card Membership Rules]

More will periodically publish and revise user guidelines, activity rules, usage rules, announcements, tips, notifications, and online FAQs related to More meditation. More will publish through system prompts, information push notifications, or backend announcements. Once officially published, the above content will take effect and become an integral part of this agreement that cannot be separated.

1.4 [Provider of More Course Annual Card Membership Service]

The provider of annual membership services for the More course refers to Guangzhou More Smart Technology Co., Ltd., abbreviated as "More" in this agreement.

1.5 [User Data]

User data refers to various data recorded by the server during your use of this service, including but not limited to login records, browsing records, course viewing records, download cache records, file upload (including but not limited to files, videos, etc.) records, virtual item data, operation behavior logs, purchase logs, recharge records, purchase records, payment records, product purchase records, messages, comments, membership levels, membership periods, membership assets, and other data.

1.6 [Protocol Modification]

More may modify this agreement (including but not limited to membership categories, membership names, relevant benefit details, fee standards (including but not limited to membership packages, automatic renewal packages, additional payment service prices, methods, etc.) due to business needs, legal and regulatory requirements, notices from regulatory authorities, etc. (including changes, additions, and deletions of corresponding terms and conditions). Once this agreement is modified, Mer will publish it through system prompts, information push notifications, and/or backend announcements. Please read it carefully. If you choose to continue using this service, it means that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the revised agreement. If you have any questions or do not agree with our modifications to this agreement, you can stop using this service and consult customer service. However, it should be noted that the updated version of this agreement will take effect from the date of its release.

1.7 [Principles of Use]

You should comply with laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, the Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information, and other relevant laws and regulations, when using the membership service of the More Course Annual Card; We should abide by public order, respect public order and good customs, not harm network security, and not use the internet to engage in activities that endanger national security, honor, and interests, incite subversion of state power, overthrow the socialist system, incite separatism, undermine national unity, promote terrorism and extremism, promote ethnic hatred and discrimination, spread violent and obscene information, fabricate and spread false information to disrupt economic and social order, and infringe on the reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of others. In any case, if Mer reasonably believes that a user has engaged in the above-mentioned behavior, it may terminate the provision of services to the user at any time without prior notice, for the purpose of maintaining network security, public order, and other necessary reasons.

2、 Management and Use of More Course Annual Card Membership Account

2.1 [Login and logout]

After you authorize login to your More Course Annual Card membership account on a device, the Mer Meditation application on that device will continue to provide services to your More Course Annual Card membership account during the login validity period. If you do not want to keep relevant data records or want to use other devices to enjoy the More Course Annual Card membership service, please choose to log out after use.

After logging in, you can view user data such as service period, membership category, membership level, cached content, etc.

2.2 [Account Management]

2.2.1 Please use and properly keep and maintain your More Course Annual Card membership account and password. In the event of any leakage, loss, theft, or other behavior that is not caused by More's legal fault, all losses will be borne by you;

2.2.2 In order to maintain the security of your account, you hereby grant More the relevant rights to protect the security of your account. More may (but is not obligated to) regularly or irregularly use different methods to check and verify the security of your account, including but not limited to actively contacting you for identity verification, short message verification, email authentication, facial recognition authentication, etc. If you are unable to complete the verification or refuse verification without justifiable reasons, More will reasonably suspect that your account has been abnormal or stolen. Due to the necessity of account security protection, More may suspend providing services to the account and/or take further measures.

2.3 [Usage Rules]

2.3.1 [Legitimate Acquisition and Use]

(1) The membership service of the More Course Annual Card is limited to your use within the programs operated or authorized by More Meditation. The scope of application for membership services above More Meditation continues to increase and adjust with the expansion and changes of cooperation, based on your actual situation when enjoying membership services. Any illegal means such as cracking, translating, transcribing, etc. that separate the membership service of the More Course Annual Card from the official designated program of More Meditation do not belong to the More Course Annual Card membership service stipulated in this agreement. More reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility and claim compensation from the infringer.

(2) Any act of theft, exploiting system vulnerabilities, obtaining membership services for the More Course Annual Card through any non official or authorized means (including but not limited to purchasing, renting, borrowing, sharing, acquiring, etc.), maliciously utilizing or destroying membership services obtained through More Course Annual Card membership activities, etc., is illegal and does not enjoy the relevant protection under this agreement. Mer has the right to cancel and/or refuse to provide membership services, and all losses and liabilities incurred shall be borne by the infringer.

(3) When using the annual membership services and/or participating in related activities of the More course, you should do so through the official announcement/authorization of More. Any illegal acquisition of More course annual membership services (including but not limited to accounts, stored value, etc.) or participation in activities to obtain benefits (including but not limited to obtaining physical/virtual gifts, membership services, membership benefits, membership service redemption codes, etc.) by users through any other channels, channels, or means is illegal and does not enjoy the relevant protection under this agreement. Once discovered, More has the right to immediately delete, cancel, reset, or take other account management measures such as suspending or terminating the provision of services to the user. All losses and liabilities arising from this shall be borne by the user themselves.

(4) When participating in the annual membership activity of the More course, you should follow the activity rules and conduct it in a legal and non damaging manner to the interests of the event organizer. If users participate in activities and obtain related benefits by exploiting system vulnerabilities, rule setting defects, system setting errors, abuse of membership status, etc., it is illegal and does not receive relevant protection under this agreement. Mole has the right to take relevant measures to deal with it, and all losses and liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the infringer.

(5) When using this service, you should comply with national laws, regulations, policy provisions, and the usage rules published by Mer, including but not limited to recharge restrictions and requirements.

2.3.2 [Exclusive and non-commercial use]

(1) The annual membership service of More Course is a personal, non transferable, non-commercial, revocable, fixed-term, and non exclusive service provided by More, provided that you comply with this agreement and relevant laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs. You can only use it for non-commercial purposes and for personal use only.

(2) You understand and agree that you shall not provide your mobile phone number or WeChat account, which is eligible for the annual membership service of the More Course, to others for use in any way, including but not limited to transferring, renting, borrowing, sharing, selling, etc. for live streaming, recording, watching, uploading, participating in activities, etc. Otherwise, any legal consequences and liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you, and Mer has the right to suspend or terminate the services provided to you.

2.3.3 [Validity Rules for Recharge of Member Services of Different Categories]

The validity period of different types of membership services shall be subject to the display on the membership center interface of the More Course Annual Card.

2.4 [Log Out]

If you need to log out, for the More Meditation app, you can click "Log out" in "Personal Center - Settings - Log out". When you choose to log in next time, you can continue to view the data information left before. You can continue watching videos downloaded and/or cached locally after logging in.

3、 【 Special Agreement on Membership Services for More Course Annual Card 】

3.1 [Membership Category]

The membership of the More Course Annual Card includes both More Course Annual Card members and Mer Advanced Course Annual Card members. There are differences in the membership specific services between the two types of members. Please choose to activate the relevant services according to your needs.

3.2 [Differences in Equipment and Systems]

After you activate this service through the designated channel of More, there may be differences in the specific services you can actually use due to different software versions, devices, operating systems, or other third-party reasons. You understand and agree to waive More's relevant responsibilities for any inconvenience this may cause you.

3.3 [Regarding Fees]

This service is a paid service provided by More, and you must pay the corresponding fees according to the charging standards of this service before you can use it. In addition, you may also be able to enjoy and use this service through other legal and recognized methods such as accepting friend gifts, unlocking limited time ads, and paying for single/full episodes.

More will offer different purchase, activation, and renewal discounts to members of different categories and levels based on their actual situation. For specific discount policies, please refer to the information published by More on the relevant service page. Due to different participation in activities, membership categories, or membership levels, members of the More Course Annual Card will enjoy different special services, fees, or welfare gifts.

3.4 [Payment]

3.4.1 You shall not activate this service for yourself or others through any of the following methods:

(1) To open this service for oneself or others for non personal use purposes such as profit or business;

(2) Open this service for oneself or others through any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen brushing software or other programs or software methods;

(3) Open this service for oneself or others through any improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith;

(4) Open this service for oneself or others through non designated means by More;

(5) Opening up this service for oneself or others by infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of More or others;

(6) To activate this service for oneself or others through other means that violate this agreement or relevant laws, administrative regulations, national policies, etc.

3.5 [Service Period]

3.5.1 The term of this service shall be subject to the period selected by you and successfully paid for the corresponding service fee. You can log in to the Mole application or the corresponding page of this service to check. The deadline shall not be extended due to your non use or other actions. If the membership service expires without renewal, we will stop providing services to you. If you use the automatic renewal service, after each billing period expires and the deduction is successful, the corresponding service period will be automatically extended for you; If the deduction is unsuccessful, it will be deemed that the membership service has expired and the service will be suspended.

3.5.2 The maximum period for opening this service will be subject to certain restrictions (currently limited to December 31, 2099), as announced on the relevant service page.

3.5.3 Please understand that during the service period of this service, due to the particularity of the Internet service, there may be situations that may affect your normal use of the service (including but not limited to More's troubleshooting, server maintenance, adjustment, upgrade, handling of third-party infringement, etc.) that are not caused by More's intentional behavior, and More will try its best to reduce the impact of these situations on you. You understand and agree that Mer is not responsible for any adverse consequences arising from the above situation and does not require Mer to compensate separately.

3.6 [Usage Guidelines]

3.6.1 No user or third party shall use this service to engage in any infringement of the intellectual property rights, property rights, reputation rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of More or any third party;

3.6.2 This service is a fee based service, and any infringement or destruction of the fees charged by Moer by any means shall result in Moer's right to hold the perpetrator responsible and claim compensation;

3.6.3 No user or third party shall use this service to engage in any harmful or suspected harmful behavior towards minors;

3.6.4 No user or third party shall use this service to engage in any behavior that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order, good customs, social ethics, etc;

3.6.5 You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions taken under your logged in account, including but not limited to any content you post and any consequences arising therefrom. You should make your own judgment on the content of this service and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness, or usefulness of the content.

3.7 [Special Reminder on the Membership Service of More Course Annual Card]

You understand and agree that due to the different product technologies of the devices and terminals you are using, the content of the annual membership service for the More course may vary on different terminals. Please refer to More's page description or the service description that the terminal can support for details.

More has the right to adjust all or part of the More Course Annual Pass membership service content (including but not limited to changes, cancellations, reductions, additions (video content broadcast progress, suspension or additional paid on-demand, payment restrictions, etc.) in accordance with legal provisions and policy changes, operational needs, user needs, etc. More will publish the aforementioned service content on the member service page, corresponding specific activity page, or in other reasonable ways, and it will take effect after publication. We suggest that you read it carefully.

4、 Liability for breach of contract

4.1 In the process of using this service, if you engage in the following behaviors, it will be deemed a breach of contract. Please pay special attention:

4.1.1 Violation of the provisions of this agreement;

4.1.2 Violation of laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, and any legally binding normative provisions;

4.1.3 Damaging or affecting the provision of this service by any third party by More;

4.1.4 Engaging in behaviors that pose a threat to computer network security;

4.1.5 Causing adverse effects on the services and activities provided by More and its affiliated third parties (including authorized parties and partners) under this agreement, infringing and/or infringing on the legitimate interests of affiliated third parties and/or other users;

4.1.6 is deemed by relevant departments to have infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party;

4.1.7 Those who use this service to obtain illegal benefits, including but not limited to profiting improperly through reselling, transferring, or sublicensing;

4.1.8 Other acts that infringe upon the legitimate interests of More.

4.2 [Handling of Breach of Contract]

Upon discovering a breach of contract, More has the right to take one or more of the following measures to address it:

4.2.1 Adopt technical means to delete, block or disconnect relevant information;

4.2.2 Adopt measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating part or all of this service;

4.2.3 If this service is suspended or terminated due to your breach of contract, More is not required to refund any fees to you. Any losses in your account (including but not limited to the reduction or loss of user data and virtual products) shall be borne by you. If More suffers losses (including but not limited to legal fees, litigation costs, etc.), you should also compensate for them.

4.3 [Compensation Liability]

If the user's breach of contract causes losses to More and its affiliated companies, including their own direct economic losses, goodwill losses, and indirect economic losses such as external compensation, settlement payments, lawyer fees, litigation costs, etc., the user shall compensate Mer and its affiliated companies for all of the above-mentioned losses.

If any third-party damage is caused due to your breach of contract, you shall be solely responsible. If for any reason, More compensates a third party in advance, you should immediately pay the compensation to Moer upon receiving More's notice.

5、 Intellectual Property

5.1 More is the intellectual property owner of More Meditation. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other legitimate rights and interests related to More Meditation (including the entire application of More Meditation and all content, components, or elements involved in Mer Meditation), as well as all information content related to More Meditation (including text, images, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, relevant data or electronic documents, etc.), are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the corresponding international treaties concluded by the People's Republic of China. More enjoys the above-mentioned intellectual property rights and legitimate rights and interests, except for the rights that relevant rights holders should enjoy according to legal provisions. Without prior written consent from More, you are not allowed to commercially use More meditation (including the entire application of More meditation and all its contents, components, or elements) in any way.

5.2 More Meditation may involve third-party intellectual property rights. If the third-party rights holder has any requirements for you to use such intellectual property rights based on this agreement, Mer will inform you of such requirements in an appropriate manner and you should comply with them.

6、 Suspension, Termination, and Change of Services

6.1 The suspension or termination of this service includes the following situations:

6.1.1 If you voluntarily suspend or terminate, including but not limited to not renewing upon expiration;

6.1.2 If you have breached the contract and Mole voluntarily suspends or terminates the service;

6.1.3 More suspends or terminates services in accordance with national or relevant department requirements or in the event of force majeure events;

6.1.4 Other circumstances where the service should be suspended or terminated in accordance with laws, regulations, policies, or requirements of competent authorities, or as stipulated in this agreement.

6.2 After suspending or terminating the service, More has the right but not the obligation to ensure that you receive special reminders or notices. When you find that you are unable to log in or enjoy the service, you can consult our customer service personnel.

6.3 In the event of suspension or termination as stipulated in Article 6.1:

6.3.1 Except for legal responsibilities, More shall not be liable to you or any third party;

6.3.2 Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, fees already collected shall not be refunded;

6.3.3 Retain relevant user data information for a certain period of time;

6.3.4 For ongoing platform transactions, More will make reasonable judgments on whether to continue or terminate the relevant transactions based on the situation, and decide whether to refund or deduct relevant fees as liquidated damages depending on the situation.

6.4 For any possible changes to this agreement or rules (including but not limited to modifications to this agreement, adjustments to service details, adjustments to membership benefits, etc.), More will notify you accordingly according to the provisions of this agreement. Please carefully read and choose whether to continue choosing this service according to the adjusted and/or changed agreement/service details/membership benefits. If you agree to the above adjustments and/or changes, you may proceed with the next steps or continue to use this service in the form of accepting the service, to indicate that you have accepted the above adjustments and/or changes; If you do not agree to the adjustments and/or changes, we recommend that you immediately stop using this service. If you have any questions about the above adjustments and/or changes, you can consult customer service.

7、 [Notice]

According to the actual situation, More will send all kinds of notices under this agreement to the user in a reasonable way as far as possible, including one or more of the following ways: website announcement, website message, client push, official account notice, email reserved by the user, mobile phone short message, regular mail transmission or other ways permitted by law. You agree and understand that the notice under this agreement shall be deemed delivered to the user on the date of publication and transmission.

For your convenience in receiving and understanding relevant notifications, you should ensure that the reserved contact information is correct and valid, and promptly log in to More Meditation for modification after the change; If you fail to provide correct contact information or provide new contact information in a timely manner, resulting in the inability to receive notifications in a timely manner, you will be responsible for any losses and legal consequences arising therefrom.

Meanwhile, if you refuse or block notifications by unsubscribing or actively blocking them, you may not receive the aforementioned notifications, and you will be responsible for any losses and legal consequences arising from this.

8、 [Other]

8.1 [Effectiveness of the Agreement]

When you take the form of accepting the service for the next step of operation, use or continue to use this service, it means that you have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement and the modified agreement.

8.2 [Place of Agreement Signing]

This agreement is signed in Haizhu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China.

8.3 [Applicable Law]

The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland China (excluding conflict of laws).

8.4 [Dispute Resolution]

If there is any dispute or controversy between you and Mer regarding this service or its execution, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation first; If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where this agreement is signed.

8.5 [Clause Title]

The titles of all clauses in this agreement are for ease of reading only and do not have any actual meaning in themselves, and cannot serve as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement.

8.6 [Validity of Terms]

The terms of this agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining terms remain valid and binding on both parties.
