Rules for automatic membership renewal service (Android)

This rule is considered a supplementary agreement to the "More Meditation User Agreement" and is an integral part of it, forming a unified whole. In case of any conflict between these rules and the "More Meditation User Agreement", these rules shall prevail.

By clicking on subscribe, activate, and use the automatic renewal service for More Meditation membership (hereinafter referred to as "this automatic renewal service"), it is deemed that you agree to these rules.

You understand and agree that:

1. If you open this automatic renewal service and do not actively and explicitly cancel this automatic renewal service during the subscription period, the relevant subject will automatically withhold the service fee for the next subscription period from the balance of your own recharge account, third-party payment account (such as Alipay) and other accounts (hereinafter collectively referred to as "account") bound when you open this automatic renewal service on and after the expiration of each subscription period, so as to extend the validity of the members corresponding to this subscription period. Partial subscriptions (such as in app purchase (IAP) and mobile phone bill payments) are subject to the deduction period determined by the carrier or Apple based on actual circumstances. Please refer to the actual deduction time. You should pay attention to the above account and its deductible balance. If the renewal fails due to account problems or insufficient balance, you will bear the risks and/or losses on your own.

2. If you open the service through a non Apple payment method and do not actively and explicitly cancel the automatic renewal service 1 day before the expiration of the member, the relevant subject will automatically withhold the service fee for the next subscription period from the balance of your own recharge account, third-party payment account (such as Alipay) and other accounts (hereinafter referred to as "account") bound when you open the automatic renewal service on and after the expiration date of the member, so as to extend the validity of the member corresponding to the subscription period. You should pay attention to the above account and its deductible balance status. If there are risks and/or losses such as renewal failure due to account problems or insufficient balance, you shall bear them yourself.

3. For your convenience in understanding the automatic renewal situation, Mer Meditation will notify you through [internal message, message push or email] before deducting the next subscription period in accordance with legal regulations. Please pay attention to receiving it. Please be reminded that, based on the characteristics of automatic renewal services, non Apple in app payment subscription deductions will be completed on the day of membership expiration. Apple in app payment subscription deductions will be completed 24 hours before the start of the next subscription period. If you do not explicitly cancel the automatic renewal service before this time, Mermeditation will issue a deduction instruction for the next subscription period to the relevant parties according to your commission. In principle, the fees deducted based on this instruction will not be refunded.

4. Subscription period: 1 month, 1 year, etc. (subject to the subscription page settings), members can choose on their own.

5. The method for automatic renewal users to unsubscribe is as follows:

(1) Google payment:
Open GooglePay → click "My" in the lower right corner → click "Settings" in the upper right corner → click "Payment Settings" → click "Automatic Deduction" → click the item to cancel payment. See the instructions of GooglePay APP for the actual operation. After closing, the service will not be automatically renewed when the service expires. Automatic renewal status update may have display delay, please follow the automatic renewal signing status of Alipay. If the automatic renewal function is not cancelled before the membership expiration date, it will be automatically renewed and deducted.

6. More Meditation may also stop providing automatic renewal services to you according to operational strategy needs, and your Mer Meditation membership service period will terminate from the date of expiration of the current service period.
